Description

T9193主動/備用轉(zhuǎn)換從TMR處理器開始，檢查是否安裝了備用I/O模塊。如果沒有備用I/O模塊可用，則TMR處理器將繼續(xù)使用活動模塊，并繼續(xù)檢查是否有可用的備用I/O模塊。一旦找到備用模塊，T9193 TMR處理器將使用SmartSlot鏈路驗證輸入/輸出模塊的類型是否正確，兩個模塊拆卸開關(guān)是否閉合，以及輸入/輸出模件是否為正確模塊對的一部分。此時，TMR處理器使用與當前活動I/O模塊相同的配置信息配置待機I/O模塊，T9193并將待機I/O模塊置于待機狀態(tài)。然后，ActiveModule被置于Maintain狀態(tài)（暫停現(xiàn)場循環(huán)測試），并且任何特定于Module的轉(zhuǎn)換數(shù)據(jù)都會被傳輸。發(fā)生活動/備用切換，以指示動態(tài)切換數(shù)據(jù)（COD）的傳輸。上一個備用模塊變?yōu)榛顒幽K，原始模塊變?yōu)閭溆媚K。如果當前的模塊未成功完成自檢，則TMR處理器將其恢復(fù)到待機狀態(tài)，而處于維護狀態(tài)的模塊將恢復(fù)到狀態(tài)。T9193當活動模塊上的兩個模塊拆除開關(guān)均打開時，無論模塊故障狀態(tài)如何，TMR處理器都會將其作為執(zhí)行活動/備用轉(zhuǎn)換的請求進行處理。T9193在正常情況下，只有當新的有源模塊無故障時，才會發(fā)生有源/備用轉(zhuǎn)換。在某些情況下，能夠強制切換到已知故障模塊。這可以通過T9193打開當前模塊上的模塊拆卸開關(guān)并按下TMR處理器上的重置按鈕來實現(xiàn)。即使新的有源模塊并非無故障，也會強制進行切換。與現(xiàn)場I/O信號接口所需的特定電路。
